Consumer Engagement
A good brand-in-hand experience leads to an 85% purchase intention and a 4:1 ROI
The most engaging exchanges with consumers occur face to face. When a potential customer gets to see and experience a product first hand, they are more likely to connect that product or service with a need and make a purchase. This may be due to an emotional connection spurred by the excitement of the possibilities, a promotion or offer, because of a better comprehension of how the product works, or because they were introduced to a product or service they were not aware of previously. No matter the reason, many on-site purchases that are considered impulse buys would never have taken place if the product or service presentation wasn’t a memorable in-person experience.
The Retailors Group team has over 15 years of experience in developing and executing consumer engagement programs tailored to meet the objectives of our clients. No matter if you are looking to create awareness for your brand or product, looking to sell a service or product, or looking to increase your audience through newsletter registrations and social media follows our team can assist with intercepting and engaging consumers for your special occasions, off-site shows and events, or even on-site working in conjunction with your in-house team.

Yes! In many occasions, when a business sponsors an event or show they get access to exhibitor space as part of your sponsorship package. We can help you maximize this space by creating an engaging activation and providing brand ambassadors that will be sure to leave event-goers remembering your brand and products.
It depends on the objective of the event. For events where there are no on-site sales, there is no need to have an in-house team member on site. Our team will set up and take down the event space, engage consumers and provide information about your brand, as well as administer any activities such as sample giveaways, swag/promo item giveaways, contest registration, and product demonstrations. If there are sales on-site and either cash, debit, or credit card payments are being collected, we do require one of your team members there to process all transactions, be responsible for inventory and payments. If our team is there in a sales assist capacity, they will complete the entire sales process up to the final monetary transaction, where one of the in-house team members will need to take over and complete.
Our sales assist program is designed to help you maximize your sales opportunities, our team is there to work in conjunction with your team and not compete with them. Our team members will not take away from your team’s sales volume, they will add to it as they pass all completed sales to one of your in-house associates to take payment and complete the transaction.
When there are multiple in-house sales associates on-site, our team’s priority is to create a crowd and to ensure no potential sales walk away. If a member of our team is presenting a sale to a warm client, and one of your team members becomes free. They will pass the warm lead off to your team and step out to intercept and engage additional potential clients. Only when your team members are busy, will they complete the entire sale (excluding collecting payment).
